According to !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and Left lane news, sources say that GM has shown a second gen Cruz Hatchback to dealers as well as admitting that the “Old GM” made a mistake not offering it in the states. We’ll see it unveiled alongside the new Camaro soft top on Wednesday. Does the General have what it takes, are they entering the game too late ?

That looks awesome! I hope we get the wagon, too! And a lower-trim diesel and manual would be nice, too.

Compare with Mazda 3 to gauge how well they did. I personally think too late to market unless they out do one off the leaders.

I agree, they’re going to have to do something game changing to catch up.

It makes sense. The golf, focus, and 3 are very popular. Even Honda is supposedly bringing over the Civic hatch within 5 years. I’m more than okay with this though

Keep the hatch and bring the wagon.
This thing looks like a Daewoo, yikes

I think even the current Vauxhall/Opel Astra would do well over there.

It’s the only way I’d consider a Cruze.
